QUESTION:
Should I rub harder if my hair is stubborn or thick?
ANSWER: NO, because the friction between the
disk and your hair and skin works best with medium to light pressure. Always
buff in circles (one way down the leg and then reverse, up the leg).
2) QUESTION:
How long will each disk last?
ANSWER: Délete disks last for 2-5
uses depending on how much hair and dead dry skin are present at the time of
use.
3) QUESTION: Does délete
permanently remove
hair?
ANSWER: NO. No product does, however many of our clients find that over
time they are using délete
less often than they used to use a razor. The hair seems to
re-grow slower and finer. Plus, your skin feels so smooth and looks so good
because you don't have shaving bumps, irritations and cuts.
4) QUESTION:
What is the white powder I see when I use délete?
ANSWER: It is dead, dry skin, so you actually can see the good effects
of buffing. You are granualizing dry skin and unwanted hair into a fine
powder. You will also see the fine powder when you buff away calluses on your
feet and hands, or dry skin on your elbows.
5) QUESTION: My
friend only speaks Spanish. Do you have instructions available for her?
ANSWER: Yes, we have written the instructions for délete
and Lipservice in FRENCH, SPANISH and GERMAN.

6) QUESTION: My
sister does a lot of gardening and gets very rough hands. Will délete
help soften her hands?
ANSWER: Yes, the buffing or sanding motion (and it does not need to be
circular, as when you are removing hair) is great for removing calluses and dry
areas on your hands, cracks on the bottom of your heels and dry skin on elbows.
7) QUESTION: Should
my skin always be dry and clean when I am buffing away hair with my délete
system?
ANSWER: Yes, because you will find that there is less chance of
irritating your skin AND because any lotions or oils on your skin will fill in
the disk and reduce its effectiveness.
8) QUESTION: My
daughter is begging me to let her shave her legs,
but she is only 10 and I'm afraid she will cut herself, like I have so many
times. Is your product good for her at that age?
ANSWER: YES! If young girls start with délete
they will never know the scars from shaving,
the burning skin with waxing and chemicals or the sharp, stubble hairs that we
all have experienced prior to délete.
And it's so convenient for her to use while she's watching television. NO
electricity and NO need for water -- it's used on clean, dry skin. If her skin
is "tingly" the first time she uses délete,
just have her splash cool water on her legs. Let
the pores close and if she wants to use olive oil or a mild lotion after her
shower, that's fine. (Olive oil doesn't clog pores or stay on top of the skin
like baby oil.)
9) QUESTION: My
husband's back is very hairy. Should I use scissors to cut the hair short
before using the délete
to buff away the hair?
ANSWER: YES, because your disks will last longer if there is less hair
and dead dry skin filling them in. Always clap your applicator with disk
against your hand when you finish buffing, as that will knock off some of the
dry skin and hair and allow you to use each disk longer.
Lipservice for facial hair removal:
1) QUESTION: How
often do I need to use lipservice on my face?
ANSWER: Use it as needed. We suggest 3 times per week, but it can be
used daily without problems, if you are gentle.
2) QUESTION: My
young daughter has facial hair and is very embarrassed. Can she safely use
Lipservice at 12 years old?
ANSWER: Yes, this is the only really safe and reasonably priced answer
for hair removal for people from 8 years old to 98 years old!
You are simply holding her skin taut and gently buffing (circles one direction,
then the opposite direction) until the hair is removed.
It doesn't hurt. It doesn't cause scars. It doesn't cause hair to
re-grow thicker or darker. It is the perfect answer!
3) QUESTION: How long
will the Lipservice disk last?
ANSWER: Up to 10 uses, depending on facial hair and skin condition.
4) QUESTION: Should I
wait to use Lipservice again until my hair on my lip and chin grows out a
half-inch or how much?
ANSWER: NO. Why would you want to grow hair in just to remove it? That
may be necessary with other products, but not with our Lipservice system. The
great benefit of using Lipservice is that you can do your buffing every few days
and keep the skin on your face soft. HAIR never has to show again! The buffing
is also good for circulation and regeneration of skin cells.
5) QUESTION: I have
ingrown hairs on my chin. My facial hair is very course and my doctor says the
best thing to do is to shave my face. Will your products work on my problem
hairs?
ANSWER: Yes. Over the years we have helped many people solve the
in-grown hair facial problem. You will want to start with the délete
buffer, VERY GENTLY, but as you find over weeks or months that the hair is
growing back in slower and the buffing gives a finer edge to the hairs (not the
stubble you find with shaving), most likely you will eventually switch to the
facial LIPSERVICE buffing unit.
6) QUESTION:
How do you handle shipping outside of the United States?
ANSWER: Global Direct is used and their regular rates are
added
